SUNSHINE ON MY MIND
It’s been a beautiful lush summer. I’ve had sunshine on my mind, and all over my life lately, and the hot season has been absolutely wonderful.
Where I live in Oregon, these past couple of weeks, it’s been in the 80s, 90s, and even 100. The sunshine has lured us all outside into the sunshine, the grass, the rivers, and into cautiously socially-distant little garden parties, as we soak up the rays and the vitamin D.
The intense midsummer sunshine feels just right, after months and months of multi-faceted 2020-related turbulence. I’m hoping good things for everyone: health, safety, respect, and gorgeous sunny days, while we work hard, play hard, and just relax.
I’m so glad August is only just beginning, and summer keeps coming on.
